Enter Country Address Information

Explanation

Use this activity to enter subsidiary acquisition information by a parent company.

Prerequisites

The countries must be defined as used in application in the ISO Code Usage window in Application Services.

Procedure

1. Open the Address Setup per Country window.
2. Create a new record and select the country you want to enter address information using List of Values.
3. Select the Detailed Address check box if you want to enter detailed address information for companies and persons using the country code.
4. Select what value should be used when displaying state codes, county codes or city codes in an address.. You can choose to display the code or the name of the state, county or city.
5. Select the appropriate checkboxes if you want to validate the state codes, county codes or city codes you have entered in an address before saving the information. (For example, when specifying company address information or customer address information)
6. Save the information.
