Define Default Print Control Code

Explanation

Use this activity to define the default print code used in IFS/Customer Order. Print control codes determine whether component parts and order line options are printed on different customer order documents. This mandatory task is to be performed by a system administrator or equivalent person.

Prerequisites

Print control codes must be defined in the Sales Basic Data/Print Controls tab.

System Effects

The default print code is defined for the site and is available system-wide on customer orders.

Procedure

1. Open the Parameters for Distribution and Manufacturing window.
2. In the Default Print Control Code field, select the code from the List of Values.
3. Save the changes.
