Enter Loyalty

Explanation

This activity is used to view, modify, or enter information about the customer loyalty. Loyalty defines the level of confidence you have that this customer will choose your company during their purchasing process. This can be carried out by a user who has access to CRM data.

This activity has no prerequisites.

System Effects

A value for customer loyalty is created and is available for use in the CRM information on the customer record.

Procedure

  1. Open the CRM Basic Data window and click the Loyalty tab.
  2. Create a new record.
  3. Enter the short code for loyalty in the Loyalty ID field.
  4. Enter a description in the Description field.
  5. Save the information.
