Define Time Zone per User

Explanation

This activity is used to define time zones for users. Time zones are used to control how the time is displayed, for example, for business activities for users in different time zones.

Time, like for example, start and end time of business activities will be displayed according to the time zone of the user.

Procedure

  1. Open the CRM and SRM Basic Data window and click the Time Zone per User tab.
  2. Create a new record.
  3. In the User ID field, enter the user ID or select it from the List of Values.
  4. In the Time Zone Code field, enter a time zone or select it from the List of Values.
  5. Optionally unselect the Notify Changes check box.
  6. Save the information.
