Create Outlook Meeting

Explanation

You can create an outlook meeting from the business activity. This can be done by right-clicking on the header and clicking Create Outlook Meeting in the Business Activity window. Then an outlook meeting will be created with some of the information from business activity.

Note:
This option is enabled only if MS Outlook is installed at the user.

Prerequisites

The business activity must have been saved.

An outlook meeting is created using some of the information on the business activity header.

Procedure

  1. Search for the record you want to create outlook meeting in the Business Activity window.
  2. Right-click and then click Create Outlook Meeting. MS Outlook client will be opened and the created meeting is displayed.
