The CRM and SRM Access functionality is designed to work on top of IFS applications company and site security. The purpose of the CRM and SRM security is to give the ability to prevent users from seeing other users opportunities, activities and marketing campaigns. It is possible to give users admin, delete, edit and/or view access to the records. It is also possible to activate access control for the different objects (Business Lead, Business Opportunity, Business Activity, Marketing Campaign and Business Mail) individually. When the access control is activated for an object type, access groups will be added to the Access tab according to the security settings when a record of the object type is created.
