Unacknowledge Proposal

Explanation

Use the Unacknowledge Proposal activity to remove an acknowledgement from an acknowledged interest proposal.

Prerequisites

The interest proposal must have the status confirmed if a removal is to take place.

As a result of this entry, changes on the included customers and invoices is possible.

Procedure

To remove a confirmation:

1. Open Customer Interest Proposals. Click Query or Populate. Click the right mouse button and select the Unacknowledge Proposal operation.
2. Proposal status reverts to Created.
