Use this dialog box to connect an exchange line with a repair order line.
This is useful when it is necessary to create a repair line, for repair of parts
received from the customer, in a later stage of the exchange process. This
dialog box makes it possible to connect an exchange line with a repair line if the
same part number is defined for both the exchange and repair. There is no mandatory
connection between the exchange- and repair quantity (for example, the number of parts
for exchange and the number of parts to be repaired does not have to be equal)
and it is
possible to perform the connection independently. You can connect an exchange line with a repair line at any status.
If necessary, you can
also remove the connection as long as the repair line is not in the Closed
status.
