Use this dialog box to remove part cost history data. When copying costs from any cost set into cost set one, the system creates part cost history data and part cost bucket history data. These two tables will grow rapidly and become very large for a customer who is working extensively with costing.
You can either perform a clean up on part cost history data directly, or schedule the task as a background job.
