Define Jobs

Explanation

This activity is used to define the required jobs by the selected execution item template. It also facilitates to connect separate standard jobs if necessary. This activity considers defining all job alternatives required by an execution item template.

As a result of this activity a job line will be added to the execution item template.

Procedure

  1. Open the Compatible Unit Template Navigator window.
  2. Search for an existing record.
  3. Select the appropriate execution item template in the navigator.
  4. Click the Jobs tab and create a new record.
  5. Enter description about the job in Description field or if a separate standard job is connected enter value in Standard Job ID field. Use the List of Values to select a suitable value.
  6. Save the record.
