Use this tab to view the cases and connect them to a global solution. When no check boxes are selected, all the cases are displayed. By selecting the relevant check box, you can view ongoing cases, cases for which you are the assignee, and cases associated to the particular global solution. The right mouse button options enable you to select a case and view it in detail or associate it to the global solution. When trying to cancel a global solution which has active associated cases you will be given the option to go ahead with the cancellation or abort the action. It is not possible to connect cases to a global solution that has been cancelled.
