Use this dialog to connect a business object to a case or modify the selection parameters (ref IDs) of an existing business object. Use the list to select the business object to be attached. The order of the business objects within the list box depends on the value entered for the order of the List of Values of the business object in the Support Organization Basic Data/Business Object tab. When a business object is selected the labels of the ref ID fields are changed depending on what Business Object you have selected. The List of Values might be used for each reference ID field. In addition, the wildcard (%) sign might be used to select a group of business objects, for example for all equipment objects starting with PU-10, PU-10% can be used.
