Use this function to enter the eligibility rules to the benefit plans.Employees can be eligible to benefit plans based on various facts such as employee's age, grade, salary, work location, length of service etc. The eligibility rule set-up controls which plans are available to which employee's.
A benefit plan may have none, one or several eligibility rules.
When a benefit plan is connected to one or more eligibility rules, only employees matching all the rules will be able to enroll for this plan. If there is no rule defined, the plan is eligible to all employee's.
In the self-service web windows the employees will see only those plans eligible to them.
For each plan, enter the required rows of eligibility rules.
