Enter Internal Auditor Data
Explanation
Use this activity to define or edit internal auditors. Only a person defined
as an internal auditor can carry out audits.
Prerequisites
The internal auditors must exist as both users and persons within the application.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, an internal auditor is defined or an existing one is modified.

Procedure
- On the Audit Basic Data window, click the
Internal Auditors tab.
- Create a new record.
- In the Auditor ID column, click List of Values to select from the available persons. Entering a value in this field is mandatory.
- In the Notes column, enter a note regarding the internal auditor . Entering a value in this field is
optional.
- Save when complete.
Optional step (remember to save your entries):
An internal auditor can be set as obsolete so that he or she can no longer carry out new audits. Setting an internal auditor to obsolete will not affect any existing use of the auditor.
- To set an internal auditor to obsolete, select the Obsolete check box for the required internal auditor.
- Save when complete.
