Connect Gasket Part to Design Object Nozzle

Explanation

This activity is used to connect a gasket part to a design object nozzle. This information will help create Nozzle BOM diagrams. Gaskets are created as design parts and their data is later inherited by the connected equipment object nozzles.

The Gasket and Gasket Part fields for a mechanical nozzle have different uses. The Gasket field is used for entering gasket requirements (e. g., Graphite, SPW (spiral wound), Teflon) for a mechanical nozzle. The Gasket Part field is used for connecting the suitable part to the mechanical nozzle by entering the gasket's design part ID.

Prerequisites
