Define Item Priorities

Explanation

This activity is used to create priority levels for punch items. The priority will show to which level of priority the punch item belongs. Examples of item priorities are: High, Medium and Low.

Procedure

  1. Open the Punch List Basic Data window.
  2. Click the Item Priorities tab.
  3. Click New.
  4. In the Priority ID field, enter an identity for a priority.
  5. In the Description field, enter a description of the priority.
  6. Click Save.  
  7. Repeat steps 3-6 to define more item priorities.

Note: The Obsolete check box can be selected, for an item priority which is no longer used and cannot be used on new punch items.
