This activity is used to enter a schedules and rules assignment for employees. If an employee is assigned to a position, the default schedules and rules setup linked to that position will be automatically entered for the employee when assigning schedules. Otherwise, if the position does not have a default setup of schedules and rules, the default schedules and rules defined for the company will be entered.
In order to perform this activity, employees are required to be assigned to a position which is linked to a default setup of schedules and rules. Otherwise, a default setup of schedules and rules is required to be defined for the company in the Default Schedules and Rules window.
